  The local office people are nice but the company raises your rates astronomically about 50% over the course of a few years phone and internet starts at $60 but ends up being $90. Pay attention to your bill because they will take any opportunity to shut you off so they can add more fees and hold your phone number hostage. Especially if you set them up on bill pay and continue paying them $60 a month. The call in customer service treats you like a criminal, just another big company out ro screw you with deception. Probably why New York has a lawsuit against them.
